En-Touch does not share your confidential information with other companies for marketing purposes. There are; however, new FCC Rules that require that we take certain steps to further protect your private information, including the assignment of a password to your account. Effective immediately, you must provide a password in order to obtain information over the phone about your account, including billing information and call records. A temporary password was assigned to you on your December 1, 2007 bill, however the password will drop off of your bill after two months. To change this temporary password to a more private or personal password that is easier for you to remember, please call our business office and a Customer Service Representative will be happy to assist you.
